RRS Canteen not upto mark 1. Staffs few morning breakfast time today 18th September 2026 time 11.40 am one counter manager Black and less height and one serving staff small height behavior not serving attitude. One more thing serving food not as per maintion on board. Quantity is very less and quality also not good. It's not enough and not proper to eating. Kindly do the needful. We are hear as a neady person financially and physically.
1. RRS Canteen staffs behavior need to humble and cooperation with patient and attender. Specially one Dark fellow on cash counter behavior very Bad.
2. All the Canteen staff's should be with name plate and uniform.
3. Rate is increasing and quantity is decreasing day to day.
4. Staff's should be serving attitude training.
5. Keep sufficient change to give the patient.
6. Patient like food also prepare separate.
7. If patient taking half rate also charge half not more than half price.
The doctors at Tata Hospital Kharghar and the staff of Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Scheme are not responding well..My mother's case file number is 11F2025/013267 Patient Name Suman Bandu Rokade.A few months ago, after investigation, we were told that she has oral cancer and asked to undergo 8 chemotherapy sessions. Since Tata Hospital Parel is far away, we took a transfer from Tata Parel Mumbai to Tata Hospital Kharghar with the intention of being closer to us, but till date, the doctors at Kharghar have not checked my mother's oral health even once.
