Pre-requisites, Download, and execution of RVD:
Pre-requisites:
1. python2.7+
2. Python packages:
- numpy
- Tkinter
3. R (Version > 3.5):
4. R packages
- tidyverse
- caret
- MASS
Linux based RVD source can be downloaded from link. Upon download, extract the zip folder (rvd-git). Inside the resulting folder (unzipped directory - rvd-git) the main start program is src/rvd-gui.py. There is no need to run any installer for this program.
