I have joined Dr. Kumar Prabhash lab in 2015 at Tata Memorial Hospital. I have pursued M.Sc (Bioinformatics) from The M. S. University of Baroda, PGD in Applied Biochemistry from The M. S. University of Baroda and B. Sc (Biotechnology) from Saurashtra University.
In Dr. Kumar Prabhash lab, I am working on understanding molecular spectrum of papillary thyroid cancer in Indian patients by taking genomics approach. We have collaborated with Dr. Amit Dutt lab and working on computational analysis of whole exome sequencing data of papillary thyroid cancer to study mutation profile, copy number profile etc. The analysis will help to understand the molecular spectrum of papillary thyroid cancer and also the identification of therapeutically relevant targets in Indian patients.
