Histone Serine/threonine/tyrosine kinases

Protein phosphorylation is the function of kinase superfamily. The kinase domain catalyzes the transfer of a gamma-phosphate group from donors like ATP/GTP, specifically to the serine, threonine or tyrosine residues of the protein substrates. There are twenty-nine proteins to have kinase activity.
